Instead of quick fixes or strict rules, this program teaches you the science behind nutrition and lifestyle behaviours in a way that’s practical and easy to apply.
You’ll learn how to:
Set realistic and achievable goals
Build balanced meals using flexible methods (portion control, mindful eating, or calorie awareness)
Understand the role of sleep, stress, exercise, and social eating
Create habits you can maintain long-term
You’ll also receive tools, videos, downloadable resources, and ongoing email check-ins with Scarlett, giving you guidance, encouragement, and accountability as you move through each week.
